4 Classes, 75 Minutes Each – Unlock Your Scorpion Pose
Join Jared McCann for an exciting 4-class yoga series designed to help you progress toward the scorpion pose. Each session will challenge and strengthen your body through backbends, inversions, core work, and glute activation—preparing you to master the beauty and power of the scorpion.
Class Structure
Warm-up: Core and glute strengthening
Flow: Vinyasa-style warm-up
Drills: Inversions, wall walks, and handstand techniques
Backbends: Full camel, full cobra, and full bow
Cool-down: Gentle wind-down followed by savasana
What You’ll Need
A wall (for handstand or forearm stand support, if needed)
Modifications will be provided—no need to master every posture to join!

All sessions are recorded and available for 2 months of unlimited replay.
