This meditation intensive will bring awareness to the throat chakra.  This positive aspect of this energy center represents listening, honesty, gratitude, creativity, and clairvoyance. The negative side of this energy can show up as addiction, inability to communicate, negative judgements, and feeling creatively blocked.

For this intensive we will be working with the Mantra for Purification.  This mantra is a powerful tool to purify the subtle body, which encompasses our thoughts and feelings.  We will also be working with two kriyas (or moving meditations) to bring energy and awareness to this area.  And we will close with a particular seated meditation.

Another aspect that I'm excited to partake in, is a focus on sleep hygiene and dreams.  During this intensive we will work to prepare our evenings in a way that is conducive to lucid dreaming.  This will be done through simple dietary restrictions, working to eliminate intoxicants like caffeine and alcohol, minimizing screen time in the evening, and getting into the habit of evening meditation. I believe that one of the main ways our guides communicate to us is through our dreams.  If we prepare correctly, we can receive these divine messages during our sleep.  But we must make the necessary preparations!

We will meet on zoom Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 9:30am EST, 8:30am CST, and 6:30am PST.  All sessions will be recorded for unlimited replay.
